yikes I just made the hottest chili ever! OMG my mouth is on fire but at least there will be now worries about getting in my water today. :) I had pilates class today.. it was awesome (as usual) I made my husband a huge pot roast for dinner today. I will have a bit of the beef but stick to the veggies. I hope you all have a great day.

LOL Hot chili will do that. I love spioy food, but the older I get (or maybe it's just because of my size?!?), the more often I have to take Tums before bed.
