First time EVER trying Quinoa. I added mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic and onion powder and a dash of Ms. Dash. Not bad at all. My new way of thinking is "Try It" #healthychoices

Nice! I'm a big quinoa fan. It's a nice change from rice or oatmeal and it's packed with protein!

Quinoa is one of my favorites!! Sprinkle it on salad, make it as a hot dish or even a cold salad.

I'll eat anything once or twice. I figure no one ever lay on their death bed thinking, damn I wish I never ate that. Unless it was bad blowfish.

I LOVE quinoa! There are lots of varieties, a few different ways to cook it, and endless meal options 😊 definitely keep expirimenting with it! I like to do stir fried veggies with it, toss it all together, throw in some feta, and then fill lettuce leaves or canned biscuits with the mixture 😋 you could also mix an egg into the mixture and stuff it inside peppers and bake or air fry, lots and lots of yummy things
