Debbie- Thank you for asking. I used carnivore to create the base of my eating for all of Feb. It worked!!!! I adjusted back down to my comfortable 141- 146 weight range of maintenance. In March, I have been adding back in Keto protocols (IF) and foods expanded to more readily discern how various foods affect my WOE/WOL. So the slight bounce of weight around 2nd goal weight is tracked.
With this loose method of tracking , I kinda know how/what foods are going to bring a desired effect . Seeking information is vital to keeping me engaged. Oh yeah, "that" and the friendships here!!!!! So Thank you .

My pleasure, Judy. You're somewhat of an IF and Maintenance Hall of Famer around here. I've always respected you and admired your ability to stay within your weight range. With God's help, within THIS year, I should have the opportunity myself to learn how to "maintain." I've NEVER been able to do that before. Lose weight - or gain weight - nothing in between has been the norm with me. I'm ready for a change!
