So many factors could've caused this.
This past week consisted of eating 500 calories a day more than the week prior. I ended up losing a pound from last week's average.
The opposite of logic, right? Nah.
My body's just adjusting to the new workouts and eating. I don't see this being the pattern for much longer.
If it continues, I'll bump up the calories to let my body know this isn't an attempt to "reverse diet" lol.
