Had a high carb day yesterday,1/4 pancake, 1/2 English muffin in addition to my regular low carb diet. Even with the smallest addition of high carbs, small amounts, in my diet I show a wt. gain and on top of that, I stay hungry for the rest of the day. I must eat only foods low in carbs to even maintain. THIS IS MY LIFE AS A THIN PERSON! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE "CHUNKY MONKEY" that I was...Another day, another chance to get it right!
