I have never had a way of eating that made me so content. On Atkins I do not get hunger attacks where I make bad choices. It is such a nice feeling.

Well my car is in the shop for at least a week so calorie burning here I come! (Just wish there wasn't so much snow and ice!)

Isn't it great Doozy that we can eat and be satisfied and still lose weight. I've been on Atkins since January of 2010. It is the only way of eating or WOE that I've been able to stay with this long. Hope that your day goes well. Please be careful of the ice and snow. Have a great day new buddy!
