Hm, so I'm currently taking the 'weigh yourself once a week' challenge and I have to tell you, the impulse is harder to stop than you'd think, as a compulsive weigh-inner. I don't record my weight every day on FS but for about a year I think I have weighed myself closer to every day. I took the challenge to kind of loosen up, and to trust myself. I hope it helps.

Good luck to you. I have no desire to get on the scale at all, not even once a week for the challenge that I am in. I just don't want to be disappointed for not losing weight when I but my butt exercising and watching my food intake all week. On the menu for this week is more sex. You burn 144 calories for every 30 minutes.
