Been a couple weeks since I posted anything! I've been busy with work but stayed on track with fasting and eating healthy.
Finished my second 36-hour fast in two weeks this morning. Weighed in and finally unlocked my 35 lb badge from Fitbit!

I've kept a daily journal on my progress, including my highs and lows. This week, I aggregated those entries into one article at https://ralanpershing.medium.com/i-figured-out-the-key-to-losing-weight-bd6bd419a89d

My goal is to post an update at least once per month recapping the previous month.
128.5 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
