I switched to splenda after realizing how many carbs were just in 1 teaspoon of sugar. Wow. I have been drinking sugar in my coffee for 25 years it was a drastic change for me. Sometimes I drink up to 3 pots of coffee a day but mainly stay around a pot or 2, so for every cup I had to have 1 teaspoon of sugar, that's where I found most of my weight problem. Now it's splenda or nothing,, That first cup in the morning has have some sweetness to it.
