Mencapai BB yg diinginkan harus mengurangi 12Kg lagi, kalau berdasar teori 80 : 20 artinya :
80% x 12kg = 9.6kg Hasil saat diet
20% × 12kg = 2.4 Kg Hasil saat workout

SEMANGAAAT DEFISIT KALORINYA!!
Supaya lebih 😍 sama diri sendiri dan ga susah milih baju lagi.
