isinya: nasi merah, telor rebus 2 butir utuh + 1 butir putihnya aja (diancurin aduk pake kewpie thousand island) bayam rebus, ayam ungkep disuwir, chickpeas, sama keju 2 slices

@79celcius, totalnya 600an hampir 700 kcal untuk 2 ini. gede karna telornya 2 utuh, terus pake keju juga, dan ini lunch sama dinnerku dirapel hehehe
