Great walk this morning in the PNW....came home and cooked up a great lunch for coming off a fast. Egg whites٫ sweet potato - quinoa bake٫ sauteed spinach٫ mush٫tomato٫and sliced chicken breast. Topped with sprouts ٫ tazitki٫ and a little gochujang.
