So I am feeling a bit tortured as of late. I need to remember this feeling when I want to eat junk. The scale is up today but that is not a surprise.. after last week. One day eating well out of 10 does not make for good weight loss results. I used to to eat poorly 1 day out of 10 but now my ratio is a bit off and it is showing everywhere. I need to dig deep and find my resolve. I see all my buddies getting to onderland and I am happy for them but really disgusted with myself. I have had more than enough time to get there and I just have not done it. I have been at this weight or around it for nearly 6 months or more. I think more.. I just dont want to go back and look. This weight is not going to lose itself, I have to do it. I have to work on my commitment. When I go out to dinner with friends and family I need to make better choices. I also need to make better choices at parties. I really dont know why I go into food frenzy mode.. but I just do. I am like a shark with blood in the water. I know I cant be perfect.. but man I can try to do better. (this rant/whine session was brought to you by the bathroom scale) And now from our local sponsors.. I am going to go ride my bike and think about my food choices for the day. Plan them out and such.. I hope you all have a great day.

I have found that setting mini goals is very helpful for example lose 4lbs in one month instead of looking at the 50lbs I have to get rid of . I also try to plan everything the day b4 and so far it has been working for me and I weigh in everyday twice a day , when I wake up and b4 I go to bed, that's just me not everyone can do that. Iono hope this helps and I hope u find the commitment you need to reach your goals :)

That darn scale made me mad this morning too. I thought I was doing pretty good. I'm hoping my gain was temporary from cheese and diet soda the night before, but let me tell ya, it didn't feel good seeing it. Planning is key for me. You can do it girlie!
