今天繼續喝消脂茶~昨天明明爆汗了~運動消耗900卡!今天體重怎麼⋯默默又變多⋯沒關係今天把熱量降低~低碳日不知道是不是吃😱大腸麵線+筒仔米糕+3Q奶茶😱的關係⋯不過我也都只吃一半呀⋯⋯減肥真難
