Today started off great......until the going away party for a couple of co-workers. Had a small piece of cake, but satisfied my sweet tooth with some fresh fruit. I had asked for small portions at lunch also. Should have asked for more veggies also. Working up to including more fruits/veggies every day. Fresh, of course, or frozen if out of season. Have plans for another caesar salad for lunch tomorrow. Gonna break out of my granola bars for breakfast routine soon, it's just so easy to grab it while heading out the door @ 6 am. :/
