This is a big one day drop! I worked about 6 hours in the lawn yesterday, met all of my nutrients, and calorie targets, drank a ton of water, and enjoyed a full nights rest. My weight may normalize tomorrow and I won’t be surprised.
However I do celebrate 🎉 🎉🎉🎉🙏🏽 having lost 22 pounds since this date last year!!!! That motivates me to stay the course. I am so close to my desired weight and my plan is to stay there and maintain. I find that I must weigh every day to stay self aware and make good choices. The other good news 🎉🎉🎉is that my A1C came down a point putting me at almost to normal. The fight continues. I encourage you to monitor your own health stats. My primary never alerted me that I was borderline diabetic and took no notice of the drop. I spotted it myself when I requested my copies of the labs. He is busy filling out forms for the insurance company who seem to now direct medical practice. I think it is time for me to shop around.
