i was earing over 4k calories now i thinks is ok hope i will be strong and make it all the way.

You can eat lots of different things for that amount of cals , you just need to get creative :) It is tricky when working but meal prep in advance also is a good idea. Good luck 🍀

It's all about quick meals for me 20-25mins, otherwise I eat badly and snack instead! Loads of ideas on here or type your fav ingredients on google and itll come up with recipes! Good luck!

Top tip: plan your meals in the morning and try to cook just after you had a meal. If you wait until you are hungry to cook... there is a huge risk you will get something you shouldn’t 😅
