maaf ya aku baru buka fatsecret
bahannya :
- oatmeal 25 gr
- pisang 50 gr
- susu lowfat 50 gr
- protein powder 10 gr ( kalo gaada bisa diganti make cocoa powder aja, tapi kalorinya mungkin berubah ya)
- oreo 1,5 pcs
- gula diet 2
caranya :
1. masukin aja semua bahannya ke blender terus blender jadi satu (pake oreo 1 pcs aja setengahnya buat diatas mangkok nanti)
2. setelah blender, langsung taroh di mangkok nah atasnya di kasih oreo tapi yang biskuitnya doang
3. kukus 15 - 30 menit
4. jadi deh
