Another successful day, another weight drop! :D My brother is heading back home today so spent the morning with him, he was out last night and had a hangover so I made him my banana/flaxseed smoothie for breakfast and he said it cured his hangover, haha Imagine if that's the cure!
Looking forward to Sunday dinner today, it's always something a little bit special :)

You'll have to let me have your smoothie hangover cure for when my son ties one on!! Congrats on your continuing progress. Support on here is a great motivator isn't it? I completely agree, last time I tried to lose weight, I had no support and I only lasted 5 days, I just hit my 2 months mark on the 6th of March and I have no intention of stopping everrr! :) Its because of this website, great support from everyone :)
