Ok so I'm terrible at updating this. What I've discovered: I do not keep calorie records well at all. That my previous plan of not changing my normal routine but just taking the Garcinia Cambogia proved to maintain my weight. To lose weiht, It works better in conjunction with exercise and watching what you eat.
I have started a gym membership a week ago. I'm still working out a routine of days and times but I'd like to workout M, W, F on elliptical or weight training (alternately) and T, R in Deep H2O, Sat in a Pilate's. So far I've only made 3 days :-/ Just NOT in the habit.
