I am really getting worried about this now. I am staying on track but I have had to mix my fiber with OJ to get it down and I am sure it must be too many carbs. I am not going to quit just watch the quantities of my reward meal and get some magnesium to help with the irregularity. I was so discouraging to get on that scale this morning. Hope everyone is doing well.
