Today isn't only a new day, it's a new start! I have about eight pounds to lose by May 1st. These are my goals: 111 by February 1st. 108 by March 1st and 105 by April 1st. So, hopefully I can shed the extra fat before my goal and work on toning up while doing so. If I don't happen to achieve my "goal weight" I'm not really worried because I am more focused on toning up and getting into shape!
