If I choose to believe that the taste/flavor of any food is more important than my health, I will never reach my goal. I used to think that way and it was a lie I was telling myself because I didn't want to take responsibility for my weight.
am staying true to clean eating which includes no sugar or flour and I feel fantastic.

Or, another way to think of it is to learn to enjoy the flavors of food in its natural state, without all that added sugar. It takes time to re-educate our taste buds but the result is well worth it.

Kris, great food does not have to include sugar or flour. Savory foods can be just as awesome. Keep your seasoning simple, use the flavors you enjoy, and your cooking methods basic, such as pan grilling in a bit of heart healthy olive oil, or better yet, macadamia nut oil, if you can find it; roasting meats is simple yet awesome, and so is broiling. Steaming vegetables is a great option, and then lightly season before serving. There are many ways to eat healthy, and it can all taste great, you're only limited by your imagination.

Every food has its natural flavour . After I started cutting down on salt and sugar , my body finds food too salty and spicy which is not home cooked

I do enjoy my clean food and I use organic coconut oil to cook with mostly. I just keep hearing people say they wouldnt be able to live without their comfort foods. I cant afford to have comfort foods because I wont stop. I just have to log my thoughts so I make myself accountable.
Other people say if I deny myself food I want then I will binge at some point. I wont.....i've been doing this since October and getting more committed with each day.
I exercise 5 days a week at least and follow my plan. I will not falter!
Thanks for the kind words.
