I have found myself slipping off the wagon the last few days, Wednesday I drank some beers, they were good, but not good for me. Thursday at work I was hungrier than I have been since I started this diet so I had a slim jim, to many calories and way to much fat, Today I need to buckle back down and give it my all again. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I need a new battery for my scales. Husband stepped on and it said he lost 16 pounds...that can't be right he is still snacking and drinking like a damn fish...but when I have been dieting and watching what I am shoving into my mouth it says I gained a pound??????? Maybe I should just start drinking. lol not!
