Trying to get back on the wagon. I follow the Noom diet and was doing well. Unfortunately, I lost my job, had to stop the program, and fell into bad habits. Luckily, I didn't gain as much weight as I thought. Still no job, lost of good a master's degree and 3 decades of experience is doing, but I'm trying to focus on there plan.
