I always wondered why/how the egg white craze happened. The fear of cholesterol from the yolk is a myth. And actually, most of the nutrients of the egg are in the yolk. Other than that, looks delicious!

I've been allergic to egg yolk since I was a wee tot. I break out in rash(es) all over. Just like Tide detergent, but now I see they make a more sensitive one. smh
