Today the fridge and cupboards get cleaned out. I hate to waste all of the food I love, but I realize having it around me would be like having a stream full of salmon around a grizzly bear and telling it not to fish. It's gotta go! Bye bye delicious English muffins with all of your beautiful nooks and crannies for catching butter and jam. I'm so sorry we have to break up, but really, it's not you, it's me.

Cbreeze, it is much easier to donate those "bad" foods instead of just throwing them away. Just because you cant eat them doesn't mean someone else wouldn't enjoy them.

I will probably have my husband take it all to work with him. I'm slightly embarrassed to say that if I offered any of my friends opened packages of food they would look at me like I've lost my mind. Although, I'm sure some of them would gladly take the Girl Scout Cookies my dh brought home yesterday off my hands. He said he just couldn't say no to those little girls standing outside of the supermarket. It's for a good cause, he says. Harumpf!!!
