You're doing so great- so close to your goal too! Thanks for all your kind words they really made my day! I don't know if I really have a secret- I participate in challenges here on the site that I know will challenge me (although I think I've learned that I need to do shorter ones to keep myself accountable), I try and work out 5 days a week: so I actually get in about 2-3 workouts a week, I try and eat really good and stick to my plan during weekdays- because I know when the weekend hits (especially if my man is home from his shift work) that I'll cheat and go over on my points. And I guess I forgive myself when I do wrong. Rather than punishment I just try harder the next couple of days to achieve my goals and do all of my mini-challenges.
