Thank you everyone. @Ck Kandi, sorry I thought responded. Kinda dropped off the app for a while just to refocus as I became obsessed with the scale. I started this journey in Dec with IF combined with keto, omad and did a couple of water fasts (max 7 days). Constantly changing now to avoid plateau. Def has not been without struggles, caved multiple times. I'm currently switching it up with Alternate day fasting which seems to working
