I was a bit surprised to see an upward swing this morning. I worked in the yard yesterday and ate under my 1800 calories.
I raked the hillside rock garden yesterday, removing the leaves & debris. Today, I moved on to the strip of grass along the driveway, the area around the garden shed and the garden under the Dogwoods. It's work getting the layer of leaves removed. I leave them on the garden beds thru the Winter to protect the perennials. I also did a little trimming...cleaning up the pots around the side patio.
We have one more day of dry weather then some rain is forecast for a few days. It's supposed to be cooler, too.
I have to decide on a dessert to prepare for our St. Patrick's Day celebration Wednesday. My friend, that's hosting the get-together is making traditional Corned Beef with the fixings 😋🍀🍻 I'm looking forward to it.
Steak for dinner, tonight. I'm making a salad...need to go see if there's anything else I want to serve with it.
