Good Morning! I am up at 4:45am to go to the gym with a fellow employee friend of mine. I almost stayed in bed and said forget it, but I am glad I didn't.

I did not follow my plan perfect yesterday as we had a big football game party. But my mistakes were minimal. I know I didn't drink enough water either. Back on track today!
