Up a pound this morning, but still feeling great! Clothes are loose and comfy for a change. Determination to see this thru is strong; don't want to lose that. Want to get to a point where food does not tempt me. Eat when I should and that is that. With Lent beginning tomorrow, dropping my evening glass of wine.
