Ada yang pernah ngalamin gak sih, udah 4 hari BAB susah padahal udah makan kalori sekitaran 1300 an 😭 akhirnya karna frustasi nyoba makan khalap sampe 1800an, dan paginya BAB lancar trus BB malah turun 0.3kg 😄 Kayaknya defkalnya perlu naik di 1500an, hihi apa karna metabolisme dah naik ya, jadi BMR naik.
