The first few days are tough when you are breaking the addiction. I started in January 2013 and weighed 201. Today I am at 128. I found having some low carb snacks between meals the first week helped. Celery basically is a negative calorie food ...I found a low fat low carb Greek yogurt cream cheese and enjoyed a heart healthy snack for the tough times. Keep the faith, this eating plan WORKS!
