@slow lol you're right, I can't. I squish them down into the yogurt and violently stir until mostly mixed haha

@lady I really love it! I've been eating the ratio keto yogurts for 3 weeks now and I find them better than the 2g brand as far as taste and consistency. They have mango, coconut, vanilla and strawberry and I recommend them all! Toss a little keto granola, some fruit and bam, a healthy breakfast that keeps me full for 3 or 4 hours.
