Just went for my first 40 minute walk of 2014, its a walk we call "The Circle" even though its technically a square. 1.84 Miles and the last 1/8 of a mile back to my house is a steep hill, 57ft gain!! It takes everything I have to get myself home, normally I have Bruno(my dog) with me but it was wet and mucky and he only had a bath last night so I didn't bring him today, But when he's normally with me, he practically drags me up that hill haha. I know it doesn't seem like a long walk but my feet are on fire right now, the balls of my feet that is, soaking them as I type.
If anyone has any tips for how to avoid/alleviate this "scalding" type pain in the balls of my feet I would be eternally grateful! :D
