well I got up this morning,, I had a terrible headache. It would not go away, I figured it had to due with the sudden void of sugar and tremendous cutback on calories, I tried to take a nap, that did not work. I didn't have a single once of energy either, a whole week of trying to eat better and doing so well, my first day off work and all I did was lay around. I indulged a little and had an apple with a sweet lava caramel cup. but 1 cup was not good enough, I had an extra cup just because it tasted to good. put me up to 999 calories for the day and my carbs to 105, OMG! I don't want to do that again. PLEASE GIVE ME STENGTH TO DO BETTER TOMORROW!
