Pagi : Soy Protein, pisang, susu uht plain, kopi
Siang : kentang rebus, buncis saute, telur ceplok, tempe goreng
Malam : nasi, tumis kangkung, tempe dan ayam ungkep dipanggang teflon
Snack : pisang, anggur, jeruk, yogurt, oatchoco, chia seed

1183 kalori belum termasuk minyak yang keserep di tempe nya kak.. jadi estimasi 1400kalori an..
