New Day, New Month, New Beginning!! I WILL SUCCEED!! I trust the Lord will help me to make the right choices. Without His help I wouldn't have gotten this far. I have lost a total of 17 lbs since Jan. 1, 2014. I hit a plateau and gave up and just ate what I felt like. Next plateau I will tough it out.

Everybody hits that plateau and give up but at least you are willing to pick yourself up and dust yourself off which is the first step in knowing that you want to lose the weight and yes God will be there to help pick yourself up so just keep your head up and set a couple of goals to reach for. Just make sure they are reasonable ones. I am here if you need someone to talk to.

Don't ever give up! Even when the scale isn't moving, it doesn't mean things aren't happening in your body. I had a friend go down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for a couple of months. Just stick with it no matter what. You can do this!
