Just started my new diet. I work as a psych tech at nights so a lot of sitting. I go to the gym at least once a week when I can go. If there is one thing I can day its this be hungry. Its this fear and pain in the gut we dont like but be hungry. I have found that I enjoy food more when lunch time comes up. A beef stick to bridge the gaps isnt just something to do it is something to enjoy.
