so today was another great day staying away from most of the carbs, calories stayed low also, not noticing changes yet, but I will. I have another 9-5 tomorrow so not much time for the gym, but Saturday morning I plan to get it in.. it has been only 5 days but I am feeling better and learning what it means to just say no! another huge change for me will be splenda in my coffee instead of sugar.. Tomorrow's goal... NO SUGAR! OH how I will miss you sweetness! But you need to stay off my ass! I could not believe the carbs I was actually consuming just in my coffee alone!!I think my will power is getting stronger... especially since I know that if I cheat on this the only one who will pay for it is me. I am the only one who can change me for the better.
