I am getting stomach muscles guys!!! there's not as much marshmallow bounce on belly anymore and this week with the sparring has definitely tightened things up. I did say to my trainer that I want visible ab lines by my 40th. I have 21 months to do this!!!! If Halie Berry got her abs in at 40, so can I! watch this space!!! many more sit up with punch-outs to come this month.
