Time to make some changes to what I am eating! I did my weigh in for our BIGGEST LOSER contest at work. Gained 1.4 lbs. I ate pretty well this week but had some heavy soups to go with our cold weather! I have been having a sandwich 🥪 for lunch and I think I am going to do some clean eating and do a healthy salad instead 😋
