Resep overnight oatmeal 1. 30gr oatmeal (pakai merk apa aja, ini aku pake dari captain oats) 2. 200ml susu low fat (aku pake indomilk low fat hi calcium, biasanya pake skimmed milk dari greenfields lebih rendah kalori) 3. Pisang/banana/buah²an sesukanya aja bisa juga kasih sari gandum Step: 🌵Campurin susu sama oatmeal terus ditaroh dikulkas minimal 3 jam 🌵Pas mu dikonsumsi tinggal tambahin buah²an yg kalian suka tadi, so simple!🤗 Selamat mencoba ya! Semangat terus utk diet dan pola hidup sehatnya Btw ini cuma dibawah 300 kalori dan pastinya enak bgt
