50 days down & 50 to go!! Had a mini-celebration last night. After fasting until 5pm, I met with clients at the office until 9 and then started eating. Had quite the little celebration. Didn't eat any bread, but I did have some fudge bars and black bean crisps. Beyond that everything else was protein, fat or fruits & veggies. Stayed up until 2am watching the new season of House of Cards on Netflix so I slept in until 8am and didn't do any exercise this morning. I'll have to get on the treadmill or stairmaster when I get home tonight to make up for it. I feel surprisingly good despite the change in routine and my weight and water % are holding steady. Maybe, I'm getting adjusted to this whole maintenance mode.
Cold front moving in tonight to go with today's rain. Don't know if I'll get to run the dogs much this week, but it's supposed to be nice over the weekend before another series of cold fronts blows through.
