after several months on Atkins and not losing weight I have decided to try to just watch my calories :( It's hard for me since I'm used to the low carb high fat way of eating now but I need to lose the weight so I will give it a try for a few weeks to see how my body reacts. If I can't tolerate the carbs then it's back to low carbs! I am not trying to find a diet but a healthier way of eating for life so I journal everything I can and read lots and lots of books on nutrition. I hope to find what works best for me
