So disappointed I keep yo-yoing between 128 and 131. I get snacky and sweet cravings in the afternoon, and after dinner. Any ideas on how to curb those? I've been drinking herbal tea after dinner and before bed, that helps some... But I am struggling to figure out what changes I can make to knock off these las 5 or so pounds without being hungry. Any ideas??
