I am obsessed with Pinterest. I keep trying to find all the motivating signs and quotes I can to keep me on this journey. I love the one that says Sweat is fat crying! I cannot give up. Refined sugar and carbs do not do well in my body.

I keep trying to talk myself out of exercising so I have mental fights with myself! Crazy! I havent given up yet. Always happy I have worked out instead of blowing it off!
