what are Spanish eggs, gee looks good 🥰👌 

fry up some chorizo with cumin and smoked paprika, add diced tomato and cook. move to oven safe dish, make well in the bottom and crack an egg in, sprinkle on some cheese and bake for 5-10 mins. I added pickled capsicum strips and olives.
