Workout complete! pretty sweaty but 3x10-15 min workouts and feeling well energised! Hopefully I don't snack now!

Keep sipping water as that can help keep away hunger. I have read that you are normally actually dehydrated but the brain can confuse this for hunger.

Yes so true, I have upped my water intake considerably over the last 2 months...at least 2 litres a day. But I did have a few calories left over so.......Greek yoghurt, blueberries and honey...not too bad lol!🤦‍♀️
